Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone with experience ideally coming from working for a subcontractor background in Groundworks, Structural Works, Civils, RC Frames.

You will be taken on full time.

Duties

Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Coordinate daily activities and schedules to optimise productivity. Create Site Returns, Programs and be able to run the team on site. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare reports on site performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Site Manager role, with experience from Groundworks, Structural Works, Civils, RC Frames. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment. A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Must Have:

Must be Technical, be able to use a computer/laptop. Must have a SMSTS and hold a First Aid Ticket. Must be able to read and understand Plans and Drawings. Must be able to speak English. Must have at least 5 years of previous experience working for a sub-contractor.

Payments:

Payments are done weekly on CIS or Paye as we offer both options and you can choose.
