The Role

We are looking for a

Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

to take the lead on high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered

to the highest standards of quality and finish

. This role involves overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining strict health & safety compliance, and ensuring seamless project execution from start to completion.

This Role is for a new site in

Notting Hill

which will be finished to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Oversee

super-prime residential and high-end commercial

construction projects Maintain exceptional standards of

quality, detailing, and finishing

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure excellence in craftsmanship Ensure full compliance with

UK health & safety regulations

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, and designers to achieve client vision Provide strong leadership to the site team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Site Manager or Senior Site Manager

on

luxury residential or high-end commercial

projects Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering

superior quality finishes

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of

bespoke construction methods and high-spec materials

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification required
