We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on

Working

Site Supervisor

to oversee a new 12 Bedroom HMO property in Maida Vale. The successful candidate will be overseeing the project from demolition and strip out throughout the property then 1st fix, 2nd fix and final finish through to completionhandover.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in managing residential renovation projects, who can ensure work is completed on time, to specification, and with the highest attention to detail. This is a hands-on role - you'll be working on-site alongside trades as well as managing subcontractors and daily operations, completing site paperwork and reporting to the Director's daily progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve any site issues. Order materials and manage site logistics. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Maintain accurate site records and daily reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience supervising residential renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management. Hands-on approach, willing to assist with practical site work when necessary. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications. Full UK driving licence.
