We are currently seeking an experienced

Site Manager (m/f/d) East Anglia 3



to support the

East Anglia 3 Offshore Converter Platform

project, starting

mid-November 2025

. This freelance role is

offshore-based

in

Norwich, UK

, operating on a

14/14 rotation.

In this freelance position, you will be responsible for managing all offshore site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with project objectives, HSE standards, and contractual requirements. You will act as the main point of contact between the offshore site, the project management team onshore, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities




As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities. Ensure all works are executed safely and in compliance with project and HSE standards. Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Conduct site meetings, prepare daily progress reports, and communicate updates to the onshore management team. Monitor project schedule, progress, and quality of work. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and logistical issues. Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout project phases. Act as the main interface between the client, contractors, and internal project teams.

Requirements




We look forward to receiving your application if your profile matches closely to the following requirements:Proven experience as Site Manager / Construction Manager in offshore wind or oil & gas projects. Strong technical background in offshore installation or commissioning (preferably electrical or mechanical). Excellent leadership and communication skills. In-depth understanding of offshore safety standards and regulations. Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET / GWO, Offshore Medical, HUET). Fluency in English (spoken and written). EU or UK work eligibility.

- First Aid
- Fire Awareness
- Manual Handling
- Sea Survival (including Boat Transfer)
- Working at Heights
+ Valid Offshore Medical Certificate (UGOK, NOGEPA or equivalent)
+ HUET with CA-EBS
Additional Requirements: + Valid UK work permit or residency status (preferably candidates already based in the UK)
+ Ability to mobilize via Norwich, UK
+ Willingness to work offshore under rotation
Compensation: + 50% Day Rate on travel days
+ Travel costs will be reimbursed
