Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will be working on this new build scheme that is currently in its early stages. The scheme is a new build residential projects along with a number of commercial units as well. You will be working in the site team and will report directly in to the Senior Project Manager.
Salary dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met Management of sub-contractors Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety Checking and preparing site reports Maintaining quality control procedures
Qualifications / Requirements
SMSTS / SSSTS CSCS Card First Aid
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: 250.00-260.00 per day
Work Location: In person
