SES Engineering Services are looking for a Electrically biased Site Manager to join our SES team in Newmark focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Site Managers are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role will be to support the Project Manager in development of the construction programme, short term look ahead planning reports and equipment and materials schedules. Also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully manage staff performance on the project.
As our Site Manager you will report directly into our Senior Site Manager and carry out the below duties:
Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub-contractors on site progress
Review design drawings for buildability and co-ordination, raising RFI where appropriate
Manage the flow of sub-contractor's design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
Assist the Project Manager and or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
