About the Role:

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced

Site Manager

to oversee multiple sites across South Devon, including Plymouth, Dawlish, Totnes, Dartmouth, and other locations as needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in site management and a keen eye for health and safety standards. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health and safety standards Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively Maintain compliance with insurance requirements and reporting procedures Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

Valid

SMSTS qualification

Demonstrated experience in site management Strong understanding of

health and safety legislation

Good working knowledge of

insurance compliance

within a construction environment Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
