Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager
who holds a valid360 Excavator Operator Ticket
to oversee site operations while also being able to assist on machinery when required. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who leads by example and is not afraid to get stuck in when needed.Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of site operations Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec Operating 360 excavator equipment as required (ticket essential) Coordinating materials, deliveries, and equipment Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Reporting progress and issues to project management Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks Managing quality assurance and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor Valid CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator Ticket SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred) First Aid at Work (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret site drawings Full UK driving licence Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach
