About the Role

Join the dedicated team at Fit Out UK as we transform a major retail space in Chesterfield. As Night Site Manager, you'll lead overnight operations, ensuring our high-profile fit-out project is delivered to exceptional standards. This contract role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, nocturnal environment and are passionate about delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nightly site activities, including installation, trade coordination, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and team briefings. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets. Track progress and resolve any on-site challenges swiftly to maintain schedule. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in retail fit-out, construction, or similar (SMSTS certification). Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a night-shift team. In-depth knowledge of health & safety standards (CSCS card required). Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (accommodation/support available if needed). Proactive, solution-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
