Job Description

We are looking for a site manager to cover a project in Stoke-on-Trent to 2 weeks on nights initially, with scope for future works for the right person.

The site manager would need SMSTS and First Aid and be able to start Monday 19th May.

Hours are 12am to 10am, Works primarily managing H&S on site and supervising subcontractors undertaking a strip out and thereafter rebuild program.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Coordinate with project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: 300.00 per day

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Night shift
