Site Manager (no.1)
Job Description
My client are a Medium Sized fit out contractor with an annual turnover of around \xc2\xa340m. They carry out projects in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors
They have a \xc2\xa31m, university refurbishment project in Manchester that requires a No.1 Site Manager to run it autonomously.
They are looking for a competent SM who has experience of running Jobs as a standalone no.1 manager. This will involve the responsibility of all day-to-day site activity. The successful candidate will also need to have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Prior fit out or refurbishment experience is essential
