modern methods of construction (MMC)
andoff-site modular housing
projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives inagile site leadership
and rapid project delivery models.Key responsibilities
Manage the full site lifecycle from groundworks to handover. Apply agile leadership principles to manage subcontractor packages and workflows. Enforce all
H&S and RAMs requirements
. Coordinate logistics ofmodular unit delivery and installation
. Work closely with clients, local authorities, and design partners to achieve programme success.Requirements
Extensive experience in
large residential or social housing developments
. Exposure toMMC, modular builds or agile construction frameworks
highly desirable. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid at Work. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits
