Job Description
Leda Group are working with a leading construction company specialising in refurbishments, commercial builds, and high-end residential projects based in Oxfordshire.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a large site in Oxford ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction..
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate site activities
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, architects and surveyors where required
Qualifications:
- Proven Site Management experience within refurbishment and residential projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
