Site Manager

47,148 per annum

Permanent - 37 hours per week

What you'll do

As part of our Building Projects team, you'll take the lead on-site ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:

Working closely with Building Projects and Contracts Managers to plan resource requirements well in advance.*
Producing target programmes, preliminary and plant schedules.*
Coordinating staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, and others on site to maintain quality and meet deadlines.*
Schedule work to be carried out to ensure budget & production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.*
Ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with all appropriate health and safety legislation, codes of practice and ODS ISO45001 safety system.*
Complete all start up procedures regarding safety, site establishment, notices, dilapidations schedules, administrative support, equipment etc*

About you

As a Site Manager you will need proven record of delivering refurbishment and construction projects to a high standard. You'll have:

Strong leadership and organisational skills.*
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.*
A proactive approach to health, safety, and quality management.*
The drive to deliver great spaces that make a difference to people and communities.*
