We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our property management facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of property management systems, and a solid understanding of legal and regulatory compliance related to real estate. This role involves coordinating maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and administrative functions to ensure smooth site operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Duties
Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.
Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and inspections to maintain property standards.
Utilize property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS for data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and lease documentation.
Conduct conflict management and resolution between tenants or vendors with professionalism and tact.
Maintain customer service excellence by addressing tenant inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring positive relationships through effective communication and upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Fair Housing laws and Section 8 program requirements.
Supervise administrative staff performing filing, data entry, and office support functions.
Coordinate property inspections, lease negotiations, and contract management with vendors or contractors.
Monitor property performance metrics using office experience tools to optimize occupancy rates and operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing, or similar affordable housing initiatives.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative procedures.
Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi, OneSite, or comparable platforms like CMMS.
Demonstrated success in customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation of contracts, and upselling within a property or facilities management context.
Experience in leasing operations, property maintenance coordination, and facilities management is highly desirable.
Office experience including data entry, filing systems, phone etiquette, and administrative support is essential.
