Site Manager for a Residential Retrofit housing project

About the role

We are looking for a

Site Manager

to join our London retrofit division, with a focus on

agile project leadership

. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple housing retrofit works in parallel, ensuring rapid mobilisation, smooth resident engagement and efficient site turnaround.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage retrofit housing works in short delivery "sprints", ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Use agile project tracking methods (Kanban boards, digital dashboards) to monitor progress. Coordinate with Retrofit Coordinators, RLOs and subcontractors to resolve blockers quickly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and environmental standards. Maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience as a Site Manager in housing retrofit, or refurbishment. SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid and Asbestos Awareness. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple short-cycle works. Familiarity with agile delivery approaches in construction projects. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder and resident engagement.

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
