We're looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to deliver rail and facilities management projects at Waterton Technology Centre. Long-term role with opportunity to go permanent.Key Duties
Oversee day-to-day site operations Manage subcontractors & site teams Ensure all works meet safety, quality & environmental standards Prepare/review RAMS, WPPs & permits Carry out site inductions, inspections & safety briefings Maintain project records, cost tracking & progress reporting Liaise with clients, designers & stakeholders
Essential
Site Manager / Project Manager experience in
rail or FM
Strong understanding ofCDM
, rail safety & compliance Multi-disciplinary project experience (civils / building / M&E)NEBOSH
orIOSH Managing Safely
PTS
(or willing to obtain) Full UK driving licenceDesirable
APM / IOSH membership Experience working in live rail environments HNC/HND or degree in Construction / Engineering
