We're looking for a Site Manager to join our L&Q team based in Rainham

Location:

Rainham

Hours:40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the L & Q team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and to the required standards.



Your day to day will include:


Leading, managing, and motivating the site's operational staff Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, and government agencies Implementing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout and beyond construction Ensuring compliance with Kier Group's SHE policy, legal requirements, and best practices

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:


You hold a CSCS card and have completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) You have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational projects You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body You can demonstrate experience in a site management role You are an excellent communicator, highly organised, and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
