As part of rapid growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced no 1 Site Manager to oversee projects in Ramsgate. We are looking for Site Manager to oversee External Refurbishment Grade 2 Listed Project in Ramsgate. The primary reporting line is the Contract and Operations Manager, however the role will include close working relationship with QS, Social Value Manager and SMT. Main Duties: 1. Manage day to day operation of refurbishment project at the seafront. 2. Identify and agree the building repairs required, prepare site documents for sign off 3. undertake site quality checks, prepare for sectional handover checks and inspections. 4. Attend site inspections with the Clerk Of Works 5. Undertake scaffold weekly inspections Principal Accountabilities: 6. to ensure the project target dates and programme are maintained 7. to monitor and plan daily activities and control workflow including cost ( variations) 8. to mentor Resident Liaison Office and supervisor, operatives and subcontractors. 9. to play key role in assisting Senior Management and Commercial Manager to achieve their objectives Financial 10. responsible for the timely and accurate producing of site documents and project handover pack, so the valuation key dates and accurate invoicing are achieved 11. management of operatives/DLO to maximise project performance against KPIs Communication 12. the job holder will liaise with tenants, leaseholders, clients rep, consultant staff, SER other staff and potentially other projects.
