Job Description

WPS are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to join our planned team, working in partnership with a long-standing

social housing provider

. This role will focus primarily on

kitchen and bathroom (K&B)

refurbishment works across occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned K&B works. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong working relationships. Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections. Manage site documentation, progress reports, and snagging lists.

Ideal Candidate



Proven experience as a Site Manager in

social housing

environments. Strong background in

kitchen and bathroom refurbishments

. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications desirable.
