We are seeking a dedicated and experienced passive fire Site Manager to oversee operations at a number of our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be supervising a team and managing various aspects of site operations.
Duties
Travelling from site to site in and around London.
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Overseeing correct usage of passive fire software.
Responsible for the correct installation of passive fire materials by operatives on site.
Manage the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports on productivity and safety incidents.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the passive fire industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
SSSTS or SMSTS.
Experience using passive fire software on site.
FIRAS or Bmtrada experience.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to site operations is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
