About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Fit Out UK, where we're delivering a seamless retail fit-out project in the heart of Sheffield. As Day Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards. This short-term contract is perfect for experienced professionals seeking a rewarding challenge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, including installation, coordination of trades, and quality checks. Manage health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and team briefings. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets. Monitor progress against project timelines and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Ensure all work adheres to Fit Out UK's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager in retail fit-out, construction, or similar (SMSTS certification). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team. Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations (CSCS card essential). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (accommodation/support provided if needed). Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a keen eye for detail.
