Site Manager required to work at Cookham Wood. Initially a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. Security contract on behalf of Littlewood Group, part of Network Plus.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily meetings with client and MoJ Carry out daily H&S requirements. Updating RAMS to suit site activities etc TBT, POWRA, task briefings. Book all deliveries and operatives in with our client Ensure the works that are being done are to the correct standard, carry our Client's required ITP sign-offs on their IT programme. Ensure concrete cube tests are taken for each load. Carry out daily allocation sheets for all our works

Experience and Qualifications

Must have EL1 clearance Have knowledge of working in a prison Good at reading civil design DWGs Can understand PAS128 requirements. Good communication with people and good people skills.
