About us:



Located by Wandsworth Common, with a projected turnover of 9 million for this financial year, Mascot Bespoke Homes was established in 2008 by our directors Chris Scott and Jonathan Martin. From their first venture, renovating a flat in Battersea, to the bespoke luxury full house renovation and new build projects we undertake today, Chris and Jonathan's mission has remained constant:

Mascot Bespoke Homes believe that we should take the small details just as seriously as the 'big stuff'. Nearly all our new business comes to us as the result of personal recommendations from our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering on our promises and doing our utmost to stick to agreed project timescales. We understand how important it is to enable our clients to plan ahead.

Complementing our private client work is a strong pipeline of our own property developments, ranging from one-off luxury homes to boutique flat schemes. The typical contract value of our high-end residential projects is between 1.5-4 million and we manage up to 9 jobs at any one time within a 3-mile radius of our office.

The role:



Reporting to our Contracts Manager, James Greer, this is an excellent opportunity for you to deliver with the site management of high-end construction sites.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will work closely with the company directors, contracts manager, Quantity Surveyor and other key stakeholders to deliver work to agreed deadlines and communicate effectively at each stage of the process.

You will play a vital part in ensuring projects are managed in a proactive and commercial way, delivering greater efficiency throughout the planning and construction process to ensure the profitability of each project.

Roles and responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate site staff to achieve operational goals Manage site budgets and resources effectively Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Monitor and report on site performance metrics to senior management Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site promptly

Honesty and integrity are essential personal qualities Discretion and the ability to deal with confidential client information are vital to this role Strong communication skills: interacting with clients, contractors, site teams, the directors & the head office finance team A problem solver, you will seek out solutions and consult with others to get issues resolved Self-motivated, you will prioritise your workload and take pride in a job well done A multi-tasker, you are able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure A positive attitude and good humour are invaluable. Perfection is not always possible, but resolving issues with a pro-active, 'can do' approach is essential to this role Previous experience working on high end/ prime residential refurbishments. Strong knowledge of and experience working with high end finishes. Hold appropriate qualifications: SMSTS; First Aid; CSCS Black Managers Card; etc Excellent organisational and time-management skills IT literate

Competitive, marking leading rate of pay (via CIS deducted at HMRC advised rate)
