We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Site Manager to join our welcoming team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take real pride in keeping our school safe, clean, and inviting for children, staff, and visitors.

Your role:

Take care of our buildings, playgrounds, and green spaces. Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and DIY. Open and secure the school each day. Keep the site safe, tidy, and welcoming all year round. Support staff with practical tasks and help maintain a calm, orderly environment. Ensure the school meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
We're looking for someone who:

Has practical DIY/maintenance skills. Enjoys working outdoors in all weathers. Is physically able to carry out manual handling and cleaning duties. Takes pride in their work and acts as a positive role model. Works well as part of a supportive school community.
