Site Manager | Swindon | Large Regional Contractor

We are currently working with a large regional contractor who have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to join their team.

My client is looking for a Site Manager to work in the Wiltshire/Oxfordshire region on a variety of projects up to the value of 20m.

The role will be reporting into a roaming Contracts Manager or on site Project Manager.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee personnel management. Make sure the project is complete on time, within budget and to the highest of standards. Oversee all health & safety and compliance on site. Management of sub-contractors. Attend project meetings. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are being met.
Requirements:

Experience managing construction projects. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid etc Full UK Driving license
