HVSS is seeking a skilled Site Manager specializing in Civil and Electrical disciplines to oversee the daily operations at our high voltage substation projects. The role requires managing both the civil engineering and electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with both civil and electrical engineering specifications. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Implement safety and quality control measures. Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management. Resolve any issues that arise and ensure minimal disruption to project schedules.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. Proven experience in managing civil and electrical projects in the construction industry, preferably in high voltage substations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of industry-standard health and safety guidelines.

Salary Range:

30,000 to 60,000 Depending on experience,

Weekly Working Hours:

45 hours; flexibility required according to business needs.
