Job Description
BAX Construction Ltd are looking for an experienced time served tradesman to join our team to carry out management of Kitchen & Bathroom / refurbishment projects in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:
Managing a team
Knowledge of various techniques and best practices.
Communicate with team members Inc. Pre Start / Completion photographs
Comply with safety standards in the workplace.
Oversee a fast pace kitchen & bathroom room stream on a sub contractor level. Experience in managing trades and materials with a forward thinking attitude.
Experience:
CSCS card
Management
Kitchen & bathroom / Void : 3 years (required)
Language:
English (required)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Van Provided
Petrol Card Provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 200.00-220.00 per day
