Join Our Team as a Site Manager Location: Kingsley Academy Contract: Full-time,

Permanent Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team.

This role is vital in ensuring that our school premises are clean, safe and well maintained for students, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Opening and securing the school premises each day

Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs

Overseeing planned maintenance and responding to day-to-day site issues

Grounds maintenance and ensuring external areas are tidy and safe

Monitoring the premises for any hazards and taking appropriate action

Maintaining accurate records relating to site operations

Assisting with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school

Health and Safety

Conducting regular health and safety checks in line with current legislation

Completing risk assessments and maintaining documentation

Ensuring all work is carried out using the correct equipment and procedures

Reporting any health and safety concerns to the Head Teacher promptly

Essential Requirements

At least one year of experience as a school site manager (or in a similar role)

Good working knowledge of health and safety standards

Practical skills in site maintenance and cleaning

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
