Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager/Working Foreman with trade experience to run refurbishment and fit-out projects in and around Bristol. This is a dual role -- you'll manage on-site operations while also carrying out minor trade work (roughly 70/30 split).

What you'll do:

Supervise and manage project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain quality, resolve site issues, and keep accurate records of work completed and materials used, adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times on-site. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative working environment. Act as the initial point of contact for our management, clients, and suppliers

Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills SMSTS or SSSTS required; CSCS essential; Full UK driving licence
