We have a fantastic job opportunity for a Site Services Engineer, based in the south. The primary function of this role is to deliver, where possible, a first time fix solution in order to manage the customer expectations and reduce costs to the business. This role involves direct contact with customers.
The Role includes but is not limited to:
Identify issues and formulate resolutions (specifically root cause and first time fixes).
Resolve any quality or warranty issues with items supplied either to the end user or an installer.
Clearly explain the cause of the problem and the remedial actions to the customer.
Ensure regular progress updates and accurate information is provided to the After Sales Manager, liaising as necessary with other Company team members to ensure that relevant product information is shared.
Carry out regular vehicle checks to ensure Company vehicles remain legal, maintained and clean.
Promote the Company through a smart, polite and courteous approach.
Continuously strive to add value to the overall customer experience, seeking to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures, including those relating to HR, Finance and Health and Safety.
Undertake such duties as may be required commensurate with the level of responsibility and nature of the job, in discussion with your Line Manager.
Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Certain amount of administration work will be required in maintaining your own expenses and updating of warranty reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
Joinery/Installation/Fitter experience preferred
Excellent product knowledge required.
Clean driving licence.
Previous fenestration experience is desirable.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
A good team player capable of delivering excellent results under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Ability to undertake repetitive tasks with patience and care.
Special Requirements:
Flexibility to work beyond "normal hours" to satisfy the customer requirements.
Flexibility required to stay away overnight is an absolute must, this could be as much as a week at a time. Area to be covered Southern England.
Physically capable of carrying out a demanding hands-on role.
