About the Role:



An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our accomplished Facilities Team supporting our Trentham site on a 12-month temporary basis. Your role will be to assist in the management of the site services contracts such as: waste disposal, hygiene, health & safety & other onsite maintenance and will be reporting to the Site Services Manager.


Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (Required to participate in an on- call rota)



How will you contribute?



To assist in the management of the site services contracts such as; waste disposal, hygiene etc. ensuring a comprehensive service level is maintained within site budgets. To ensure that all PPM schedules are kept up to date. Identify and repair faults effectively to support operational requirements. Building effective working relationships with contractor partners. Carry out vetting, permits to work and site inductions for contractors. Use Oracle system to purchase equipment for site, raise orders and raise payments for contractors. Work alongside current Facilities team (hygiene and site services team members) to ensure all areas of the site is maintained to an excellent standard. Give ad hoc support to other areas of the team where required. Give ad hoc support to other sites when required.

What will you bring?



Must work well with others in the team and develop a productive working relationship with all functions, and across all levels of management. Good prioritisation and time management skills. Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to converse at all levels. Must have competent PC skills, with a working knowledge of Office and associated programmes. Will have a pro-active, motivated approach to work with strong inter-personal skills. Can remain calm and work well under pressure in tight deadline situations, displaying exceptional organisational skills. Must be flexible with regards to working hours.
