About the role Working as part of our Site Services team, you will have responsibility for a wide range of tasks in support of maintaining the site to the standards required. This role offers plenty of variety to make sure our facilities are at their best. We\'re looking for people who embody our values, aren\'t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We\'re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we\'d love to talk. What You Will Do
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of existing facilities and equipment with various facilities type tasks such as decorating, joinery, plumbing and general cleaning duties.
  • Safely and efficiently carry out repairs, installation, and Pre Planned Maintenance . You will be responsible for completing all administrative functions correctly and efficiently, either paper log books or by using appropriate IT software, e.g. Maintenance Management System. Ensure that the company policies and Procedures relating to Health & Safety Safe Working Practices, and Statutory Requirements are carried out.
Who You Are We\'d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Relevant experience in general building/site services/engineering maintenance
  • UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines with good organisational skills
  • IT literate
  • Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment with a can-do attitude
