Job Description

Our Site Services team are now looking for a Site Service Operative to support the maintenance function in our state-of-the-art hub in Thatcham.
This position works fixed late shifts 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm on Weekends. This position works 5 days out of 7 with regular weekend work.
About the Role
This is a physical role which covers a large expanse of our Distribution Centre. Manual handling experience is preferred. Forklift License is also preferred, however not essential as training can be provided. This role is an all-weather role, working in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Sorting waste from both sites, unloading, sorting, stacking, repairing, and loading pallets onto trailers.
• Maintaining warehouse and yard cleanliness is essential, and tasks should be performed with precision and care.
• Upholding high standards of housekeeping and safety is a priority, with any safety concerns reported to the Line Manager promptly.

You will have great timekeeping ability with flexibility to support the team across multiple functions with the team end goal in mind.
