Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The role include liaising with the on site management team and reporting to the building contractor.

Ieadlly you would come from a shopfitting background and be able to doublecheck measurements and that the labour on site is hitting daily targets and carrying out tasks as required.

Must have a CSCS, ideally SSSTS but not vital.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
