Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is highly desirable, as it will be instrumental in project planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage site personnel, providing guidance and support to team members to foster a productive work environment. Monitor project progress and performance using Primavera P6, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Prepare daily reports on site activities, including progress updates and any issues encountered. Implement best practices for health and safety on-site, promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles, with proficiency in Primavera P6 considered an asset. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating initiative in improving processes.
