Summary

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at TA Knox. This role is pivotal in overseeing site operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards. Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
