Greenview Group is a leading construction services business specialising in mechanical & engineering, heating installation and maintenance, capital works and HVAC. Greenview operates through three distinct delivery units - Capital Works, Maintenance & Compliance & Residential Services. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced site supervisor to support our customer projects in the Residential Services Northern Ireland business unit. It is important that the applicant has experience of kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
Position Overview
To oversee and manage all on-site activities related to mainly the replacement and refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and act as the main point of contact between the workforce, subcontractors, and clients.
It is also important that the applicant is adaptable to work on other sites as required by the business needs.
Position Duties:
Actively support the GV Health and Safety Program and all actions specific to meeting annual H&S goals and objections:
Establish standards and ensure they are met
Supervise day-to-day activities on-site
Ensure projects are completed according to design specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers
Monitor progress, track schedules, and report updates to the Contract Manager
Conduct regular quality checks and snagging inspections.
Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, variations, and site diaries.
Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Resolve site issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption and delays.
Qualifications
:
Experience:
o Experience site supervision in a domestic environment ideally within a social housing setting
o Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, and finishing works.
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations and must hold NVQ level 4 in site supervision
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
o Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills.
o Full UK driving licence
o Proficient in using digital survey tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
