Sliptech are a niche business in the flooring services industry. Services offered to clients range from commercial aspects ensuring new developments meet safety standards in relation to anti-slip flooring to maintaining both the safety and cleanliness of leisure centres and spas to small domestic projects. Examples of our commercial clients are large construction companies, elite facilities management companies, exclusive hotels and spas, specialist tiling contractors, architects and sports facilities.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working initially alongside an experienced member of the team this role will work towards being responsible for supervising the day to day running of a project whilst onsite including preparation for the days work and arrangements for travel to and from the location. This role includes, but is not confined to, overseeing a small team, liaising with clients, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and reporting results and findings. Project sizes vary greatly in size and duration so flexibility in attitude and an ability to read and adapt to the requirements of the client is a key to success in this role. The successful candidate will be carrying out a hands on role whilst overseeing the team to ensure that projects are run smoothly, efficiently and to schedule from ongoing multi million pound London based projects to smaller annual contracts.

Due to the nature of the role a lot of travel will be required and driving licence is a prerequisite. Also flexibility with regards to hours - this job will not be the same hours every week and the role will need to fit in around client demand. This means work out of normal hours will be required including some nights and the occasional weekend.
Previous experience working on a construction site or an understanding of the flooring industry would be beneficial .
