Site Supervisor - 28+ Hours

We are looking for a well-motivated and hardworking Individual to join our team. An ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role to this; however, this is not essential and full training will be provided. We are looking for someone to join our team who will be as driven as we are at making our company a success.

Role Overview

The site supervisor will work closely and collaborate with the Site Manager in the day to day running of the Service Station. Ensuring, smooth, efficient and profitable performance. This role involves overseeing station operations, Stock management, personnel management, strong compliance with audits and health & Safety, training and coaching team members, reconciliations, provide excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries.
