Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiast Site Supervisor to join our team at Deal Sports Hall and Tennis Centre, that share our mission 'to improve the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of everyone within our communities' as well as our vision to 'LiveBetter with Your Leisure'.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be passionate about pursuing a career in leisure, keen to promote the skill development of your team, setting a high standard and leading by example.
This role is on a fixed term contact until 31st March 2026
Other qualifications such as FAW, and L2 Fitness Instructor would be beneficial, but training can be provided for the right candidate

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work as regular evenings and weekend are necessary.
