Site Supervisor - Maywins Ltd

Maywins are looking for a Site Supervisor to support a 4 week program in Isleworth.

As a Site Supervisor reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a key member of the project team assisting to deliver all operational activities. A clear emphasis will be placed on health & safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and direct employee/subcontractor management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operations

Implement and enforce site policies, procedures, and regulations

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Report and manage incidents, near misses, and hazards

Provide regular project updates

Maintain site folder and project documentation

Support on site to maintain a tidy work environment

Skills/Requirements that are highly Desirable:

Proven experience as a site supervisor/manager.

Ability to work under own initiative with good time management skills.

SMSTS qualified.

First Aid at work.

DBS Certificate preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Additional Information:

8am - 5pm Mon/Fri

Immediate start required.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: Up to 25.00 per hour

SMSTS and First Aid at Work certificate (required)
