Job Summary
Due to a number of new contracts we are seeking Site supervisors, skilled joiner's and labourer's to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess:
SITE SUPERVISORS:
Relevant site Cards A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Ensure drawing, specifications and building regulations are adhered to Oversee all construction activity from start to finish Liaise with trades teams and subcontractors Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations The ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner Manage Workload and be able to use own initiative First Aid training Immediate start available
JOINERS / LABOURERS
Relevant site cards A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Assist with renovations and refurbishments and have attention to detail. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and the ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner Manage Workload and be able to use own initiative Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Immediate start available
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
Joinery: 2 years (preferred) Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred) Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
