Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a construction site. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SMSTS certificate and have a strong understanding of site health and safety requirements. While no physical labour is required, the successful applicant will be responsible for supervising activities, ensuring work is carried out in line with project plans, and maintaining a safe, organized site.

Key responsibilities include monitoring subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site protocols, reporting progress to the project team, and liaising with stakeholders as needed. Attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly are essential.

This is a supervisory-only role suited to someone who can maintain a professional presence on site and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

SMSTS certification (mandatory) Previous site supervision experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to health and safety standards
Job Type: Temporary

Pay: 30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Schedule:

12 hour shift Weekends only
Work Location: In person
