We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor, ideally located in the Midlands, to join our team, who is able to travel across the UK to our sites. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing on-site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily on-site activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or deviations to the project manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing and supervising construction sites or similar projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in supervising tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within the construction industry.
