JOB OPPORTUNITY

Based in Lisburn, PWS provide geotechnical and ground engineering services to the construction industry, operating throughout Ireland and mainland Britain.

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

o Supervise daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and safely.

o Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

o Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to senior management.

o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections of the site.

o Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

o Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.

o Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and equipment usage.

Requirements

o Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.

o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

o Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

o Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

o Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the industry is essential.

o A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

o A valid CSR Gold Supervisor's Card
