Role Overview:

As a

Site Supervisor

, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at renovation project sites, ensuring subcontractors complete their work safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll act as the eyes and ears on-site, reporting to the Project Manager and helping ensure the smooth execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications Coordinate and monitor subcontractors' tasks and productivity Ensure health & safety standards are strictly followed on-site Conduct quality checks and flag any issues to the Project Manager Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and material security Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager Assist with deliveries, material handling, and basic site setup as needed Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and clients where applicable

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in renovation or construction Strong knowledge of on-site health & safety practices and UK building regulations Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules Hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on quality and deadlines Driving licence preferred and willingness to travel across London project sites
