Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage and coordinate the activities of engineers Monitor project progress to ensure each job turns a profit Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to timelines. Facilitate communication between project management, clients, and team members to ensure alignment on objectives.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector is essential Experience with creating specifications using SOR coding format, desirable Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are managed efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse groups of people

Pay: 31,000.00-36,000.00 per year
