Propak have an excellent opportunity for Experienced Site Manager/Supervisor.

About Propak:

We are seeking an experienced Site Managers to oversee the installation of high-end windows, doors, and curtain walling systems on prestigious projects in Central London. This is a full-time PAYE position

Experience required for the position

Minimum of 3 years' site management experience ideally working on facade installations Experience checking other work including setting out and measuring site datums Ability to provide accurate site surveys Full understanding of engineering and site drawing to enable effective communication with the installation team when required Excellent record keeping is essential SMSTS CSCS Black card First Aid at Work Excellent communication skills Able to competence demonstrate skills using Microsoft Office.
The day-to-day role will require:

Management of site installation teams Delivery and monitoring of site Health and safety Management of QA and installation Organising sequence of work in line with the programme and report delays Coordination and allocation of site labour DABs meeting attendance Aid writing of RAMS and paperwork in line with Main Contractors requirements Recording variations and signing off day works when necessary. Start onsite 0800 working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Travel costs
