Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Site Supervisor

to join our team on site in Manchester, a major residential development within a historic listed building.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and trades on a live construction site Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Monitor progress against programme and report to the site/project manager Maintain site records, conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure high standards of site presentation Liaise with heritage and conservation professionals where required Assist with logistics, deliveries, and maintaining clear access routes

Requirements:

Valid

SSSTS

certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) First Aid at Work certificate preferred Proven supervisory experience on residential or refurbishment projects Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills Understanding of working within heritage and/or listed buildings is highly desirable CSCS card essential
